장비설명 The ICS-5000 system is the next generation of high-end ion chromatography systems, offering the ability to use 4 mm, 2 mm, or the newly announced 0.4 mm diameter column sets. With the new capillary IC Cube, Dionex has redefined ease-of-use by color-coding fittings and reducing the number of connections in the system; all with an array of detectors and options that add up to a very flexible system. Finally, the reduced eluent flow rate reduces eluent consumption and produces less waste, making the ICS-5000 system a green technology.
구성 및 기능 1. Dionex AS Autosampler (AS)
-Sample Capacity : 10 mL vials: 81, 1.5 mL vials: 120, 0.3 mL vials: 120, Well Plates: 288 (3 × 96 standard or deep well), Well Plates: 1152 (3 × 384 standard well)
-Minimum Sample Volume : 10 μL can be sampled from a 300 μL microvial; 20 μL can be sampled from a 500 μL microvial
-Maximum Injection Volume : 7500 μL
-Variable Volume Range : 1 100 μL in 0.1 μL increments; 100 7500 μL in 1 μL increments
-Injection Cycle Time (including sample prep such as dilution) : 15 s with sample overlap function; 30 s for a 5 μL full loop without sample overlap
2. Dionex ICS-5000 Single Pump (SP)
-Construction : Chemically inert, metal-free PEEK pump heads and flow path; compatible with aqueous eluents from pH 0 14 and reversed-phase solvents

사용/활용예 아미노산, 단백질, 당 등의 생화학 물질을 정성, 정량 분석에 사용합니다.
Electrochemical Detector (ED)로 극미량 시료의 분석이 가능하며, PDA검출기로 일반 유기화합물의 정성 및 정량에 사용합니다.
