1. Raman spectrometer a) main body - Spectral resolution: ≤0.5cm-1 - Spartial resolution: ≤1μm - Focal length: ≥250 mm - Spectral range: from 400nm ~ 1400nm or better - Multi grating motorized driven by software (at least one grating is 1800 gr/mm) b) air cooled CCD - A air cooled (-70) CCD detector: over 220000 pixels - Dark noise(counts): ≤ 0.005 e/pixel/sec c) motorized neutral density filters Motorized neutral density filters offering more than 9 different power levels for controlling laser power. d) adjustable kinematic Rayleigh line rejection edge filter measurement from 100cm-1 or better at 633 and 785 nm e) Polarizer / Analyser kit for Raman analysis 2. | 사용/활용예 | 단일광(laser)을 이용하여 검사물질에 도사하여 나온 산란광으로 고체액체기체 모든 검사체의 분자 진동수 및 물질 분석을 하는 기본 장비로 미세한 물질 변성 까지 측정이 가능한 장비이다. 특성화된 회절격자(Grating) 고감도 Detector 및 정밀 Optics 로 구성 되어 있으며 긴 초점 거리를 이용한 High Resolution 장비로 자동화 및 고기능의 광학 장비로 사용됨. | ||
