| 장비설명 | 다양한 유기 무기 촉매 재료의 특성을 평가하기 위해 TPD (Temperature Programmed Desorption), TPR(Temperature Programmed Reduction), TPO (Temperature Program Oxidation), Pulsed Chemisorption (Metal disorperion), Single Point BET Surface Area 및 Break-through Curve에 대한 데이터를 얻는데 가장 기본적이고 필수적인 분석 장비이다. 이러한 분석이 원활하게 가능하도록 가입주입 부분에는 가스의 압력을 모니터링 할 수 있는 압력게이지가 반드시 장착이 되어 있어야 하며, 일정한 흐름속도 (flow rate)를 정확하게 제어하기 위하여 MFC가 장착이 되어 있어야 한다. 또한 화학흡착 뿐 아니라 기본적인 물리흡착이 가능하도록 자동화된 소프트웨어에 의해 dewar flask의 상승과 하강이 조절이 되어야 하며, 흡착속도 및 Kinetic에 대한 연구지원이 가능하도록 자동화된 소프트웨어에 의해 Break-through Curve 측정이 가능하여야 한다. | ||
