1) Gun: X-FEG field emitter with four-lens condenser system 2) Accelerating Voltage: 80~200 kV 3) Aperture System: Automatic condenser, Objective and SA apertures 4) Cryo Autoloading System - Automated and contamination-free loading of Cassettes containing up to 12 AutoGrids at once - Ice growth: Transmission loss ≤ 5% per 24 h, 0.2nm/hour - The lifetime of a frozen-hydrated specimen: at least 24 hours & 72hours of sample storage in the microscope column - Low-dose exposure Technique - Compatible to use other autoloader equipped TEM: enable to transfer the specimens in a cassette to other autoloading TEMs without additional sample preparation 5) Specification - Information Limit: ≤ 0.23 nm at zero specimen tilt ≤ 0.34 nm at -70° and +70° specimen tilt - Spot drift; 30 minutes after specimen exchange ≤ 0.25 nm/s 60 minutes after specimen exchange: ≤ 0.05 nm/s 6) Specimen stage - Computerized 4-axes specimen stage with ±70 alpha tilt - Tilt axis to intersect optical axis midway between pole piece - Cryo-stage with single axis holder 7) Vacuum system - Oil-free vacuum system - Differential pumping on the electron column, in combination with cryo shielding, ensures a clean environment for the sample - The Autoloader is pumped separately, and contains additional cryo shielding to protect the samples stored in the Cassette - For the Autoloader, a minimum sample storage time of three days without visible contamination or degradation is guaranteed ○ Camera Analyzer System 1) 16M CMOS Camera for Surveying specimen - Sensor : 4,096 x 4,096 CMOS - Pixel size : 14 x 14 μm2 - Digitization : 16 bit - Binning : 1x, 2x, 4x, 8x - Acquisition speeds(fps= frames per second): 4k x 4k : 1fps 2k x 2k : 8fps 1k x 1k : 18fps |
