| 장비설명 |
1. 원리
- Ion beam은 Anode 와 Cathode 사이에 전압이 인가되고 argon gas 가 주입 되면 Anode 와 Cathode 사이에서 플라즈마 가 발생. - 발생한 Ion beam은 Cathode 와 Electrode 사이에 전압이 인가되어 가속되고 Ion beam이 샘플에 도달하여 Milling 됨. - 이온 Gun에는 집속장치가 없어서 Gas 유량을 조 절하여 전류를 발생시켜 Sample을 Milling 함. 2. 특징 - Ar Gas Ion Beam을 이용하여 milling 하는 장비로써 물리적 절삭장비를 이용하여 단면가공을 할 때 발생하는 일그러짐 이 나 절삭공구와 접촉시 발생할 수 있는 시료오염 등을 방지하고 깨끗한 단면을 얻기 위해 사용되는 장비. |

Cross Section Stage 1) X movement : 0 to +7㎜ or wider 2) Y movement : 0 to +3㎜ or wider 3) Swing milling angle : 0˚ to 10˚ or wider 4) Sample swing speed : OFF + 1 speed or more 5) Max. sample size : 10㎜W x 10㎜D x 4㎜H or larger 3. Flat Milling Stage 1) X movement : 0 to 5㎜ or wider 2) Rotation Speed : 1 to 25 r/m or wider 3) Tilt angle : 0˚ to 90˚ or wider 4) Max. sample size : 32mm dia. x 25mm(H) or larger 4. Vacuum system 1) Main pump : TMP - 26L/sec x 1 or better 2) Oil rotary pump or Diaphragm Pump 3) Ar gas flow control type : Mass flow controller 5. Safety device - In case of power failure or accident, the protective circuit should be actuated and protects the unit from trouble. |
