| 장비설명 | - LED 생산 전 공정용 : PLATOM 은 automatic photoluminescence(PL) mapping system으로 LED 생산 공정의 전 공정에 해당하며 MOCVD에서 성장과정을 거친 epi-wafer를 레이져로 pumping 하여 발생되는 광 발광현상의 스펙트럼의 파형 및 두께를 분석하는 장치이며 성장된 epi-wafer의 박막 두께를 간섭 현상의 원리로 두께를 측정 하는 장치이다. | ||
